Research Interests

I am interested in eDNA(environmental DNA) which can be used in invasive species monitoring , endangered species protection, biodiversity survey and so on. I was doing eDNA research to classify vertebrate from the water during my undergraduate time. And now I want to apply this technology to other research. Recently, I am developing the inline index method with Professor Li to reduce the possibility of sample cross contamination.
