Research Interests

Broadly defined, my current research and interest focus on fish molecular phylogenetic and phylogeography. My current project involves phylogenetic history and interrelationship of sinipercids and species delimitation mainly applied in Siniperca chuatsi and Siniperca kneri. Next work aim at the relativity of geographic distribution of individuals with population genetics in Coreoperca whiteheadi. For the researches above all, i am using genome-scale data got by target gene capture technology.
