Research Interests

Now, I am in learning of data analysis of target gene-capture DNA sequence. The recently objective is the building of phylogenetic tree of 46 species of Rodents distributed in Amazonian River Basin. Moreover, compare different between morphologic classification and phylogenetic tree in Rodents. Follow-up work is to analyze some specific gene group to answer this phenomenon.
