  4. Developing and optimizing “one-step” library preparation protocol based on multiple annealing and looping-based amplification cycles (MALBAC) technique

  6. Reviewing existing high-throughput genotyping methods and evaluating their potential in conserving aquatic genetic resources (coauthored in Li., 2023 JWAS)
