Research Interests

I am interested in environmental DNA (eDNA), which can be used for invasive species monitoring, endangered species protection, biodiversity surveys, and so on. Currently, I am developing molecular markers based on the invasive species tilapia and using multiplex PCR methods to enhance detection sensitivity, with preliminary results achieved in monitoring the invasion of tilapia in Chinese waters.
