I'm interested in genomics and gene editing, but I also do some experiments related to environmental DNA, such as automated primer design.Among them, automated primer design involves multiplex PCR, also known as multiplex primer PCR or compound PCR, which is a PCR reaction in which more than two pairs of primers are added to the same PCR reaction system and multiple nucleic acid fragments are amplified at the same time.It is efficient, systematic, and economical and simple.It has a good application prospect in environmental DNA.
